Hi, I'm Deborah De Vita

I will be your coach and guide during our 6-week journey together. I’ll combine my expertise as a Life Coach, the Positive Intelligence® methodology and app guided training, exclusively for you. I have helped leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, retirees, and young professionals transform their mindset so they live happier, more fulfilling lives. My Saboteur to Sage program utilizes an app-driven inspired practice that is scientifically designed to boost your positivity, productivity, and performance. You can think of the app as a “mental fitness bootcamp” that provides insights, motivation, and structure to practice 15 minutes per day for 6 weeks. We call this PQ (Positive Intelligence®) training. This methodology is based on neuroscience, psychology and performance science.

The Saboteur to Sage Curriculum

From Saboteur to Sage is a 6-week program that helps you identify and weaken your inner critic, your Judge, and its accomplices. You’ll learn to listen more closely to your Sage powers so that you become more laser-focused, confident, and closely aligned with your true and authentic self. Increase your capacity to respond to life's challenges with positive exploration, enthusiasm, and creativity.

Here’s what to expect with the program:

  • 6 week app-driven program
  • 15 mins a day of app-driven PQ exercises
  • Watch a 1-hour training video each week (either on the weekend or Monday)
  • Read 8 Chapters of Positive Intelligence (ebook and audiobook provided)
  • Attend 1-hour Zoom calls with me, your facilitator, and your POD mates each week
  • Dedicate 5 minutes per day to check-in with your POD mates
  • Upon completion of the program, you will have access to the app for one year
  • To help you keep the momentum, you have four great coaching options to continue your Mental Fitness journey, to keep nourishing and growing your Positive Mental Muscle




Week #1

Boost Your Self-Command Muscle

Learn innovative 10-second PQ Reps that boost your self-command. This enables you to run your Sage brain rather than being run by your Saboteur-hijacked brain. Self-command is key to intercepting unhelpful mental habits and rewiring your brain to respond more effectively.

Week #2

Intercept the Judge Saboteur

Learn how to intercept and weaken the most damaging Saboteur, the Judge. You will discover how judging yourself, others, and circumstances is a key source of your stress and how damaging it is to your performance.

Week #3

Intercept your Accomplice Saboteurs

You will intercept and weaken the top accomplice to your Judge Saboteur, identified through the Saboteur Assessment.

Week #4

Shift From Saboteur to Sage

Learn to strengthen your Sage, the counterpart to your Saboteurs. Your Sage lives in an entirely different part of your brain and generates all your positive emotions and achieves peak performance through a calm and clear mind.

Week #5

Boost the Sage Powers

The Sage region of the brain enables 5 primary powers. These 5 powers recombine to form all of the emotional intelligence competencies considered crucial to professional success.

Week #6

Take Clear-Headed, Laser-Focused Action

In your final week, you will use your Sage's Navigate and Activate powers to take clear-headed, laser-focused, decisive action.
